Returns - Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ninajcouture.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds - Refund method: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. -

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged or defective. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@ninajcouture.com within 30 days of purchase.

Availability of replacement items may vary. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received an item that was damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs - Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of R100 for all orders within South Africa. -

International Shipping: For orders outside of South Africa, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time - Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
